- Start by peeling the garlic, picking the tarragon leaves, and finely zesting the lemon. Finely chop the garlic, tarragon, and lemon zest on a chopping board, then add the capers, anchovies, 1 tablespoon of their oil, and a small pinch of sea salt. Mix everything together until it forms a vibrant green sauce. Transfer it to a bowl, then squeeze in the lemon juice, stir in the mustard, and give it a good mix.

- Next, pour the leftover broth into a small pan over medium heat and bring it to a boil. Meanwhile, divide the grains into two bowls—there’s no need to heat them up.
